Returns & Refunds

You have a 30-day window from receipt to make a return. This covers broken seals, defective bottles, incorrect orders, or a change of mind.

• Damaged or defective item: replacement product or full refund including original shipping; please provide clear photos.
• Incorrect product received: the correct item will be delivered immediately and the wrong item retrieved free of charge.
• Change of mind: ensure the bottle is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless defective due to a manufacturing fault.

• Contact us within 30 days of receipt: email [email protected] or call +63 963 009 198 with your order number, reason for return, and photos of any damage.
• We will provide a return authorization number and return address within one business day.
• Pack the item in its original box, include a note with your return number inside, and seal it securely.
• Ship the parcel to the provided address and email us the tracking number. Keep the courier receipt until your refund is processed.

We will inspect the item within 3 business days before sending an email confirmation. Refunds are issued via the original payment method: bank transfer for cash-on-delivery using your provided account details, or back to the original bank account. Funds typically arrive within 1-5 business days.

Exchange for another product by returning the original item and placing a new order; refunds will be issued once the returned product is received. Order cancellation before dispatch is free by emailing [email protected] with your order number.
